Is the on-site measurement really free?

Yes, 100%! No hidden fees, no high-pressure “hard sells,” and absolutely no obligation. We want you to feel completely comfortable exploring your options before making any decisions.

How long will I have to wait?

We move fast! Your indoor blinds or curtains are usually ready to go in 1 to 2 weeks. Because our outdoor systems are custom-built to handle the elements, they take just a little longer—around 2 to 4 weeks. The moment your order is confirmed, we’ll give you a clear timeline so you know exactly what to expect. Once your products are ready, we’ll lock in a convenient day to come over and install them for you.

What’s the warranty situation?

We’ve got your back. We provide a full warranty on all the moving parts, mechanisms, hardware, and motors. While the fabric itself isn’t covered (since it handles daily wear-and-tear and constant sunshine), our hardware is built to last. What are the payment terms?

To get your custom order rolling, we require a 50% deposit. The remaining 50% is only due after everything is beautifully installed and you’re completely happy with the results! For one-off repair or servicing jobs, we take full payment upfront to secure your time slot.

We keep it incredibly simple. You can pay via PayNow, online bank transfer, QR payments (like GrabPay), or even a good old-fashioned cheque.

Can you remove my old curtains and blinds?

Definitely! We can easily take down and clear away your old window treatments so you don’t have to stress about dealing with the heavy lifting or bulk disposal. Just let us know in advance so we can calculate a small disposal fee based on how big the job is.

Do I need to be home for the installation?

We highly recommend it! It’s always best to do a quick final walkthrough together with our installation team to make sure everything looks exactly the way you pictured it. But hey, if you really can’t make it, just let us know early and we’ll figure out a smooth way to handle the keys and handover.
